Coral Gables Commercial Real Estate Blog: Bradley Forté Helps Steer Forté Properties to Year-End Success

It’s been a good year for Forté Properties and Vice President Bradley Forté.

Under his guidance, the leadership team at the family-owned real estate company’s premier commercial property, Madison Circle, grew its occupancy to near 100%. Bradley also made a savvy residential investment in Fort Lauderdale, which will become the company’s foothold in the burgeoning Broward County market.

An active philanthropist, Bradley also has signed on to support as a committee member to the inaugural gala for Baptist Children's Hospital.

An active philanthropist, Bradley also has signed on to support as a committee member to the inaugural gala for Baptist Children’s Hospital.

At Madison Circle, Bradley negotiated the deal to land the premier Coral Gables commercial real estate property to its fifth full-floor tenant. Karisma Hotels / Premier Worldwide Marketing, an innovative, full-service sales and marketing agency specializing in the hospitality industry, has expanded to take the entire “Penthouse 2” office space. The deal reflects Premier’s commitment to the property and its prime Coral Gables location.

Madison Circle also landed the Miami Fine Arts Academy to take almost 6,000 square feet in the building’s street-facing first floor. The visibility will be ideal for the Academy, which offers individual music, dance and art lessons to adults and children as young as 3 years old. The Academy will take occupancy in 2014.

Bradley also oversaw build-out of Madison Circle’s Executive Center. The facility now has a 12-person conference room ensconced in glass, along with office spaces starting at 144 square feet.

As Forté Properties continues its forays into the Broward County commercial real estate and residential markets, in May Bradley Forté closed on the purchase of a home in Fort Lauderdale’s exclusive Rio Vista. The 2,500-square-foot home with 75 feet of dockage was built in 1971. In 2011, it enjoyed a complete remodeling. Talk about a savvy investment, the property already has appreciated by some 15% in value, according to market experts.

Bradley currently is scouting commercial and residential business and investment opportunities. Also in the coming year, he plans to join some of Fort Lauderdale’s most connected social clubs and networking organizations so he may introduce the Forté Properties name throughout the business marketplace.

As a native Miamian, Bradley Forté remains dedicated to his hometown. He is an active member of the Coral Gables Rotary Club. He recently has joined the planning committee for the inaugural Baptist Children’s Hospital Hall of Dreams Gala. The event will bring current and past players from throughout Major League Baseball to support the event. The gala will be held on Saturday, February 8 at the Biltmore Hotel.

As the third-generation leader of the iconic family-run company that has helped shape the region's business landscape, Bradley is making his mark in the local community. It should make for a remarkable 2014 for the company - and the community.
